Susan S. Robfogel, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Office of Compliance, has appointed Cheryl Polydor as the Acting General Counsel of the Office, effective December 21, 2002.
Ms. Polydor's appointment is occassioned by the end of the five year term of General Counsel Gary Green. Ms. Polydor is the senior staff counsel of the Office, having served since September 1998.
Ms. Polydor is expected to serve as the Acting General Counsel until the effective date of the appointment of a new General Counsel early in 2003.
