On Wednesday, July 20, 2016, the OOC General Counsel John Uelmen continued his brown bag lunch series on the topic of reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and its 2008 amendments. With over 20 legislative branch legal professionals in attendance, the training session included a presentation and discussion of recent case law interpreting employing offices' rights and responsibilities under the ADA, as applied in the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA).
