OSHA Biennial Inspection Reports

Section 215(e) of the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) requires the Office of Compliance (OOC) to inspect Legislative Branch facilities – over 17 millions square feet of property – for compliance with occupational safety and health standards (under Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)) at least once each Congress. The OOC is then required to issue a report of the results to Congress.
